About the Role

Edition is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable guest experience beyond standard food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to offer a range of services that enhance the guest's overall experience.

Role Responsibilities

Setting tables and preparing dining areas.
Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Interacting with and serving guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
Cleaning work areas and storage facilities to maintain hygiene standards.
Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the guest experience.
Maintaining a safe workspace and adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service.
Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
Reviewing menus and verifying information as needed.
Performing physical tasks including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, moving on varied surfaces, and lifting/carrying objects under 50 pounds without assistance.
Reaching high places, bending, turning, stretching, and stooping as required by tasks.

Ability to perform physical tasks consistently and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
