Finance Technical Support Analyst

About the Role

Master-Works is seeking a Finance Technical Support, Analyst with 5-10 years of experience. This full-time role focuses on providing continuous technical assistance to the Finance team to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. The position involves supporting ERP troubleshooting, financial reporting, budgeting and planning, change management, and finance function automation.

Role Overview

The Finance Technical Support, Analyst will serve as a key resource for the Finance team, ensuring smooth technical operations. This includes direct support for ERP systems, addressing technical issues related to Windows OS, and managing change requests. The role is critical in enabling the Finance team through technical solutions and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing technical assistance to the Finance team to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Act as the primary contact for immediate ERP troubleshooting and user support.
• Support complex Excel functions and various productivity tools.
• Resolve technical issues related to Windows OS.
• Manage the lifecycle of Change Requests (CRs), from initial drafting and submission to follow-up and final implementation support.
• Obtain admin user access on ERP systems and databases, if required, to support internal Finance requirements.
• Assist in identifying and releasing budget reports.
• Support data gathering and the release of budget reports.
• Support the implementation of automation solutions for manual Finance processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5 years of experience in technical support and Finance team enablement.
• Demonstrated technical support experience within Finance functions.
• Experience providing ERP troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and databases.
• Ability to support Finance requirements through ERP and database administration.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and complex Excel functions.
• Experience resolving Windows OS-related technical issues.
• Experience managing Change Requests (CRs) from drafting and submission through implementation support.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and planning activities.
• Ability to support automation solutions for manual Finance processes.
