About the Role

Master Works is seeking a Finance Technical Support Analyst to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on providing continuous technical assistance to the Finance team, aiming to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in technical support and finance team enablement.

Role Overview

The Finance Technical Support Analyst will be instrumental in supporting various finance functions, including ERP troubleshooting, financial reporting, budgeting and planning, change management, and the automation of finance processes. This role serves as a primary technical resource for the finance department, ensuring smooth operations and effective use of financial systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Provide ongoing technical assistance to the Finance team to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Serve as the main point of contact for immediate ERP troubleshooting and user support.
Support complex Excel functions and various productivity tools.
Resolve technical issues related to the Windows operating system.
Manage the full lifecycle of Change Requests (CRs), from initial drafting and submission to follow-up and support for final implementation.
Obtain administrator access on the ERP system and database, if required, to provide internal support for Finance requirements.
Assist in identifying and releasing budget reports.
Support data gathering and the release of budget reports.
Contribute to automation solutions for manual Finance processes.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support and finance team enablement.
Demonstrated technical support experience within finance functions.
Proven experience in providing ERP troubleshooting and user assistance.
Knowledge of ERP systems and databases.
Ability to support Finance requirements through ERP and database administration.
Strong proficiency in Excel, including complex Excel functions.
Experience in resolving Windows OS-related technical issues.
Experience managing Change Requests (CRs) from drafting and submission through implementation support.
Experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and planning activities.
Ability to support automation solutions for manual Finance processes.
