About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager / Assistant Manager to lead the dynamic team and elevate dining experiences in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing operations for one or more dining outlets, focusing on delivering memorable guest experiences and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring high quality, service, and marketing strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions within the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations and implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
• Support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring high standards for guest and team member well-being.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant food and beverage management role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency.
• Experience in team leadership, coaching, and professional development.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
