Role Overview: GTM Recruiter Middle East

ElevenLabs is seeking a GTM Recruiter to join its global Talent team. This full-time role is strategic and collaborative, focusing on the full recruiting lifecycle for the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. The recruiter will partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to identify and hire talent that contributes to business growth. The position involves defining role strategy, designing candidate experiences, and delivering hires across global markets, with a particular focus on the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for a range of GTM roles, from early-stage to senior leadership positions in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, establish hiring strategies, and identify key success indicators to enhance hire quality.
• Work with GTM Sourcers to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, including market mapping, talent pool creation, and targeted pipelines across regions.
• Manage candidate pipelines across global time zones, emphasizing efficiency, transparency, and a high-touch candidate experience.
• Serve as an advisor to hiring teams, offering market insights, role benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations.
• Represent ElevenLabs externally, ensuring each candidate interaction reflects the company's brand and values.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, preferably within high-growth technology environments, with approximately 3 years of experience. Experience recruiting for quota-carrying roles is required, and a sales background is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in closing high-caliber talent in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations.
• Ability to manage high-volume, complex roles with multiple search priorities while maintaining quality and urgency.
• Strong partnership skills, capable of influencing hiring leaders through clear communication, data, and operational rigor.
• Exceptional communication skills to craft compelling role narratives and ensure excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborating across teams and time zones.
• Understanding of effective revenue team building, either from experience at technology companies or from direct sales experience.

• Regional specialization or experience recruiting in high-growth markets, particularly the Middle East.
• Deep professional networks, language capabilities, and cultural fluency in these regions.
• Data fluency, including tracking and improving recruiting metrics with an analytics mindset.
• A builder's mindset, with the ability to iterate, experiment, learn patterns, and refine GTM hiring playbooks.
