About Accor

Accor is seeking a Guest Relations Agent for Fairmont The Red Sea, a property positioned within the Red Sea Project. This development includes two nature-focused resorts with 361 rooms, 11 distinct dining concepts, and a spa, offering views of the Red Sea and mangroves.

The Role of Guest Relations Agent

The Guest Relations Agent will serve as a primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and is open to Saudi Nationals.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests professionally upon arrival and departure.
Assist guests with inquiries, directions, hotel information, and local recommendations in the lobby.
Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
Escort VIPs, long-stay guests, and special occasion guests as required.
Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to proactively engage with guests.
Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other requests.
Support service recovery efforts by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring timely resolution.
Promote hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, wellness offerings, and special events.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a related field.
Ability to welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Strong communication skills to assist with inquiries and provide recommendations.
Capability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
A Saudi National.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position at Fairmont The Red Sea, located within the Red Sea Project. The role involves working in a dynamic hospitality environment focused on guest interaction and service delivery.
