Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join the pre-opening team at the new Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay, located along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast, is designed as a comprehensive wellness tourism destination. It will feature 220 keys, including rooms, suites, and private pool villas, alongside 26 branded residential villas, all offering bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa with an Organic Spa Garden, offering therapeutic remedies such as halotherapy and cryotherapy, and a fitness collaboration with Harley Pasternak, utilizing Triple Bay’s natural environment for various outdoor activities.

Role Purpose

The Guest Services Agent will report directly to the Guest Services Supervisor. This role is essential for welcoming guests, managing luggage and transportation needs, and ensuring smooth and personalized arrivals and departures. The position will be active throughout the pre-opening phase of the resort and continue into daily operations, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-opening tasks, including systems setup, service standard creation, and training related to guest arrivals and departures.
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure, provide assistance with luggage handling and escorting, and offer relevant resort and destination information.
• Coordinate effectively with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams to ensure seamless guest movement and satisfaction.
• Provide support to VIP guests and address special requests with attention and care.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest areas at the entrance and lobby, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Deliver items to guest rooms as required and facilitate room moves when necessary.
• Monitor guest feedback and contribute to service recovery efforts as needed.
• Uphold a professional appearance and consistently embody the Four Seasons service culture.
