Guest Services Agent

About the Role

Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join its pre-opening team. This full-time role involves playing a central part in the guest experience, from initial welcome to departure. The Guest Services Agent reports directly to the Guest Services Supervisor and contributes to establishing service excellence during the resort's launch and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-opening activities, including system setup, service standard development, and training related to guest arrivals and departures.
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage handling, escort guests, and provide resort and destination information.
• Coordinate with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams to ensure seamless guest movement and satisfaction.
• Assist VIP guests and manage special requests with attention to detail.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest areas at the entrance and lobby.
• Deliver items to guest rooms and facilitate room moves as required.
• Monitor guest feedback and support service recovery efforts when necessary.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the Four Seasons service culture.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in guest services, bell desk, or valet roles within luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Experience in a pre-opening environment is considered an advantage.

Skills and Attributes

• Energetic and service-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling luggage and assisting with guest movement.
• Possession of a Saudi Driver License and the ability to drive.

Work Environment and Eligibility

This is a full-time position based at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
