About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant for The Ritz-Carlton brand in the Red Sea region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service. The successful candidate will uphold the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton, contributing to a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
Prepare and transport supply carts to assigned areas.
Enter guest rooms following proper procedures, ensuring vacancy before entry.
Replenish guest amenities and supplies.
Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items; make beds and fold terry.
Thoroughly clean bathrooms, remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items.
Verify all appliances are present and in working order.
Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances.
Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways.
Adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
Complete required safety training and certifications; properly store flammable materials.
Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
Uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs, including assisting individuals with disabilities.
Express genuine appreciation to guests.
Communicate clearly and professionally with others and collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Physical Requirements

Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and over 25 pounds with assistance.
Capability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods across an entire work shift.
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Qualifications and Experience

No high school diploma or *** equivalent is required.
No related work experience is required (0-1 year experience).
No supervisory experience is required.
No specific license or certification is required.
