The Attendant Housekeeping plays a critical part in maintaining the high standards of guest room presentation and cleanliness. This position directly influences guest satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring impeccable room conditions, from bedding to mirrors. Associates in this role uphold The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards, which guide daily operations and contribute to the brand's global reputation for luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Replace guest amenities and room supplies as needed.
• Make beds and fold linens to established standards.
• Remove trash, soiled linen, and room service items from guest rooms.
• Greet guests courteously and respond to their requests promptly.
• Organize desk items, furniture, and appliances within rooms.
• Dust, polish surfaces, and remove marks from walls and furniture.
• Vacuum carpets and perform other floor care tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate from a General Educational Development (GED) program.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience, license, or certification required.
• Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds (10 kg).
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear a clean uniform.
• Complete safety training and certification prior to employment.
