Role Purpose and Contribution

The Housekeeping Coordinator, referred to as a Guest Environment Expert, is responsible for a wide range of housekeeping functions. This role focuses on ensuring that all hotel spaces meet the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton, which guide daily operations and uphold the brand's reputation for luxury hospitality. The position requires a hands-on approach to maintaining cleanliness and responding to guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all hotel areas, including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality.
• Uphold quality standards in all tasks.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
• Adhere to safety workplace practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi National.
• 0-1 year of experience in a related field.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
