About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Coordinator. This role is integral to maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for guests. The Housekeeping Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of housekeeping functions, contributing to the overall guest environment.

As part of The Ritz-Carlton team, the Housekeeping Coordinator will ensure the "Gold Standards" are delivered daily. These standards, including the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values, form the foundation of The Ritz-Carlton's global reputation in luxury hospitality. The role involves upholding these standards to provide exceptional service and guest comfort.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Delivering guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stocking carts with necessary supplies for daily operations.
• Cleaning rooms and public spaces to meet established standards.
• Performing other similar responsibilities to ensure hotel spaces contribute to a positive guest experience.

Operational Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe workplace for all team members and guests.
• Following all company policies and procedures diligently.
• Maintaining confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations.
• Upholding quality standards in all tasks performed.
• Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications at all times.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
