Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
• Conduct routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot inspections of occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage, and corridors to maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Report and follow up promptly on any maintenance issues or facility concerns.
• Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
• Ensure excellent service delivery, including fulfilling VIP and special guest requests.
