HR Programs & Reporting Analyst / Coordinator

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking an HR Programs & Reporting Analyst / Coordinator to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving the Specialist Development Program (SDP) by analyzing existing systems, identifying operational requirements, and resolving data gaps. The incumbent will also be responsible for streamlining processes through automation or redesign.

Role Context and Impact

This position plays a critical part in ensuring the effectiveness and integrity of key HR development programs. The analyst will contribute to the strategic management of these programs by providing accurate reporting and ensuring robust data management, directly supporting program accountability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SDP-specific accountability metrics and conduct audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Facilitate SDP/APDP Board meetings, which includes organizing sessions, preparing agendas, minutes, presentations, dashboards, and executive e-Packages.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and reliable program reporting across all relevant platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze systems and identify operational requirements.
• Experience in resolving reporting and data gaps.
• Proficiency in streamlining processes through automation or redesign is beneficial.
