Initially, ASMO will focus on Saudi Aramco and its affiliates, with long-term plans to expand to all industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia and eventually the MENA region.

The Role of IT Project Management Analyst

The IT Project Management Analyst at ASMO is responsible for planning, executing, and managing technology projects under the guidance of the IT PMO Manager. This full-time role, based in Saudi Arabia, focuses on ensuring projects are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and meet their specified objectives. The analyst coordinates project activities, manages resources and stakeholders, and monitors performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate project activities, assign tasks, and manage the project team to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Manage changes and adjust project plans as needed to maintain progress.
• Allocate personnel, equipment, and budget to support project activities, monitoring expenses to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Identify and engage project stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress, risks, and issues transparently.
• Ensure project deliverables meet defined standards through quality reviews and monitor performance metrics.
• Implement corrective actions, control critical path, and manage scope changes.
• Provide periodic project status reports detailing completion percentage, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Ensure proper project closure by documenting lessons learned and conducting post-implementation reviews.
• Evaluate project success against objectives and KPIs, and recommend training interventions.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management or a related field. A strong understanding of technology project lifecycles and methodologies is essential. The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia. The IT Project Management Analyst will work within a collaborative team environment, contributing to the establishment and growth of ASMO's technological infrastructure.
