About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Mechanical Trainer for one of its Oil & Gas clients in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to workforce competency development. The role focuses on delivering specialized technical training in mechanical maintenance to ensure adherence to industry standards and operational requirements.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Mechanical Trainer is responsible for enhancing the technical skills of the workforce through comprehensive training programs. This involves instruction in mechanical maintenance, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical application, with a focus on improving troubleshooting capabilities and overhaul practices within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver theoretical and practical training on mechanical equipment, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
Conduct hands-on training covering rotating and static equipment, including compressors, gas and steam turbines, engines, gearboxes, and mechanical seals.
Train personnel in equipment alignment, lubrication, vibration analysis, machining, and overhaul procedures.
Provide technical instruction on relief valves, valve actuators, and Motor Operated Valve (MOV) actuators.
Develop and deliver training materials, practical demonstrations, and competency assessments.
Evaluate trainee performance and identify areas requiring further technical development.
Ensure all training activities adhere to applicable Oil & Gas industry standards, safety procedures, and operational requirements.
Maintain training records and provide feedback on trainees’ progress and competency levels.
