About the Role

TELUS International AI Community is seeking a Media Search Analyst for Saudi Arabia. This part-time position offers flexibility in scheduling and involves evaluating digital media content using a web-based tool. The role focuses on assessing various media domains and analyzing search outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of diverse task categories, including music, video, books, podcasts, and home pod evaluations across various media domains.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content.
• Perform research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and intent.
• Apply market expertise in conjunction with provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the specific market.

Qualifications and Requirements

• No previous professional experience is required.
• Candidates must pass basic requirements and a standard assessment process.
• Successful completion of an open-book qualification exam is mandatory.
• Completion of ID verification is required.

Assessment Process

To be considered for this program, applicants will undertake an open-book qualification exam designed to determine suitability for the position. Guidelines and learning materials will be provided prior to the exam, which must be completed within a specified timeframe at the applicant's convenience. ID verification will also be part of the hiring process.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time, long-term project. Work completed will be subject to standard quality assurance checks throughout the term of the agreement. The role offers flexibility to set individual schedules.
