Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled and certified NDT Level III Engineer to lead its Non-Destructive Testing operations. This full-time position is based in Harad, Eastern, and requires a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will serve as the ultimate technical authority for the NDT program, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

Role Summary

The NDT Level III Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive management of NDT activities. This includes developing and maintaining testing procedures, ensuring strict adherence to international codes and standards, and actively contributing to the professional development of NDT personnel through mentorship and certification programs for Level I and Level II technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, review, approve, and maintain NDT procedures, techniques, and work instructions in compliance with applicable codes and standards such as ASME, AWS, ASTM, API, EN, and NAS410.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) to resolve complex inspection anomalies and interpret advanced test data.
• Oversee the training, examination, and certification program for all Level I and Level II NDT personnel.
• Evaluate engineering drawings and components to determine the most effective NDT methods and equipment for quality control.
• Conduct internal and vendor audits to ensure NDT operations align with quality management systems, including ISO 9001, AS9100, and Nadcap.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during third-party regulatory audits and client technical reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

• Certified NDT Level III Engineer / Inspector.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement NDT procedures and ensure compliance with international standards.
• Strong technical leadership skills and expertise in resolving complex inspection issues.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Harad, Eastern. The role involves leading critical NDT operations within a professional and compliant environment.
