About the Role

Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co.,ltd is seeking a Parts Specialist to join its warehouse team. This is a full-time, hands-on position focused on the efficient management of spare parts for aerial work platform machinery. The role is open to Saudi nationals.

Role Overview

The Parts Specialist is responsible for the complete lifecycle of spare parts within the warehouse, from receipt and inspection to packing and dispatch. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards to ensure smooth operations and support for workshop and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts, verify quantities against delivery documents, and conduct thorough inspections for any damage.
• Pack and prepare outgoing orders to ensure proper protection and prevent damage during shipping and transit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory movements within the designated warehouse system.
• Facilitate and support the efficient flow of materials between the warehouse and the workshop/service teams.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Strictly adhere to all established safety protocols and quality procedures in every aspect of work.

Work Environment

This role operates within a warehouse setting, requiring active participation in physical tasks related to parts handling and inventory management. The position is full-time and involves collaboration with various internal teams, including workshop and service personnel.
