About the Role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a PR & Guest Experience Executive (Saudi National Talent) within the Marketing department. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 year of experience. The role focuses on supporting public relations and enhancing guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the resort’s PR and communications activities under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications, collaborating with the PR agency, media, and internal teams.
• Coordinate media, influencer, and creator visits in collaboration with the agency, from planning itineraries to managing on-property experiences.
• Develop familiarity with Saudi media, creators, cultural figures, and local communities to support authentic storytelling about the resort and destination.
• Support the development and coordination of guest experiences, cultural rituals, and special programming, working with Marketing and Operations.
• Contribute to social and digital storytelling by identifying moments, individuals, and experiences suitable for compelling content.
• Maintain PR and Guest Experience calendars, contacts, briefs, assets, and reports to ensure organized and coordinated activities.
• Assist with daily marketing operations as required.

Experience Required

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
