About the Role

Maaden is seeking a Principal Specialist, BU Data Domain, to drive enterprise-wide value creation through the development, governance, and optimization of corporate function data assets. This full-time role, based in Saudi Arabia, ensures trusted, high-quality, and accessible data to support strategic decision-making, operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation initiatives across corporate functions.

The Principal Specialist will establish strong data domain governance, standards, and stewardship practices to strengthen data integrity, improve business insight generation, and accelerate the organization's ability to leverage analytics, automation, and emerging technologies. This position acts as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring data products align with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. The role contributes to Maaden's data-driven transformation agenda by enhancing data maturity and maximizing the value of enterprise information assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the Corporate Functions Data Domain roadmap, aligning with enterprise data and digital strategies.
