Private Bank Equity Trader Associate

About the Role

Deutsche Bank AG is seeking an Associate Equity Trader for its Private Bank division. This full-time role involves the trade and execution of Equities orders within an open architecture framework, focusing on best execution practices. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute buy/sell orders for clients accurately and in a timely manner, minimizing market impact and price slippage.
• Support the Head of Equities Execution on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with various departments including Front Office, Compliance, IT, Operations, and Risk to develop, maintain, and improve business operations.
• Engage Investment Managers and Relationship Managers regarding Capital Markets content.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant internal and external regulations and procedures.
• Provide clients with information on stock market movements, corporate data, stock prices, and valuations.
• Monitor, control, and mitigate risks associated with transaction execution.
• Monitor and participate in IPOs and other market liquidity events as necessary.
• Liaise with Tadawul and relevant authorities to ensure DSSA Equity Trading complies with market rules and to stay informed of any rule changes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to execute equity orders efficiently and accurately.
• Understanding of market dynamics and best execution principles.
