About the Role

stc is seeking a Product Management Assistant Manager to join its team. This full-time role involves developing and managing products in alignment with strategic goals and initiatives. The position requires performing data analysis, preparing recommendations, and conducting market research and feasibility studies to identify potential opportunities.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products by aligning product development with business objectives. This includes defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver value and align with business objectives.
• Develop product requirements, functional specifications, and use cases to guide development and design.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure timely and effective product delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritization.
• Monitor product lifecycle stages, adoption metrics, and performance indicators to optimize outcomes, drive user engagement, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment on product initiatives, trade-offs, and strategic priorities to ensure cohesive decision-making, resource optimization, and successful project execution.
• Conduct usability testing, pilot programs, and feedback sessions to refine product features and functionality.
• Explore innovative solutions, enhancements, and future product opportunities to sustain competitiveness and growth.

Experience and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field.
