Role Overview

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to join its team. This full-time position involves managing a portfolio of clients and multiple projects, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in project management, capable of overseeing complex projects and guiding other project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
Deliver assigned revenues from specific clients through repeat business driven by project execution.
Consistently achieve planned profit margins.
Complete projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
Manage projects involving Risk Triggering Factors (RTF).
Oversee more complex clients and projects.
Exercise decision-making authority and direct other Project Managers in identifying and mitigating risks and uncertainties.
Direct staff to operate efficiently and minimize exposure to claims.
Supervise and direct Project Managers handling multiple projects or programs.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting to ensure optimal utilization and cost control.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics, providing regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across all assigned projects.
Mentor and develop junior Project Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
