Role Overview: Project Manager

The Design Project Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and delivering the architectural design scope of projects. This full-time role spans from initial concept development through to final construction documentation, including periodic design review during the construction phase. The Project Manager will oversee the architectural team, content team, design and content development consultants, ensure design quality and creative vision, manage project and client communication, and secure regulatory approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and lead client design presentations, workshops, and review sessions.
• Translate client aspirations and functional programs into clear design briefs and strategies.

Duties

• Lead and manage the internal architectural/exhibition/content project team, including Project Architects, Landscape Designers, Exhibition Designers, and Content Curators.
• Establish the project design workflow and set internal milestones for Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Construction Documents (CD) until issuing Issued for Tender (IFT) / Issued for Construction (IFC) packages.
• Coordinate directly with specialized design consultants such as Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Lighting, MEP, Structural, Acoustic, and Sustainability/LEED consultants.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creative design excellence and operational rigor. This involves ensuring that architectural and content concepts are fully developed, technically sound, compliant with regulations, and delivered on schedule and within design fees and applicable contractual terms and conditions. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required for this full-time position.
