Overview of the Role

Vanderlande is seeking a Regional HR Partner Lead Middle East to drive people strategy in a fast-growing region. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia and requires over 10 years of experience. The role involves leading the regional HR Partner organization and serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional HR Partner organization across the Middle East.
  • Advise business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, engagement, and succession planning to support business growth.
  • Ensure effective execution of HR processes, policies, and programs, including integration initiatives such as the Vanderlande Logistics integration.
  • Drive local implementation of Vanderlande’s people strategy and global/regional HR initiatives.
  • Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Oversee the effective execution of talent, performance, rewards, mobility, engagement, DEI, health & wellbeing, and learning & development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, regional employment practices, and company policies.
  • Manage complex employee relations and people-related matters.
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to provide people insights for business decisions.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams, Global HRBPs, and HR Functions.

Role Context and Scope

The Regional HR Partner Lead Middle East is responsible for the people agenda across the region, supporting business leaders in achieving strategic objectives through effective people management and organizational development. This role involves acting as a trusted HR advisor, assisting leadership teams with change management, organizational development, talent decisions, and workforce planning. It combines senior HR partnering with hands-on execution of HR cycle topics, ensuring global HR initiatives are adapted for regional needs and market dynamics.

Team and Reporting Structure

This position is part of the Global HR organization and reports to the global Head of Regional HR Global Services. The incumbent will lead HR Partners across the Middle East and work closely with regional leadership teams and global HR stakeholders to support sustainable business growth.

Experience and Travel

Candidates should possess over 10 years of relevant experience. The role requires travel between 20-40% of the time, depending on business needs and regional priorities.
