Regulatory Violations Monitoring & Oversight Assistant Manager

About the Role

stc is seeking a Regulatory Violations Monitoring & Oversight Assistant Manager to coordinate non-CST regulatory violations across the organization. This full-time role involves ensuring proper registration, tracking, escalation, and timely closure of violations in collaboration with relevant GRCs, supporting effective regulatory compliance and preventing recurrence.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the lifecycle of non-CST regulatory violations within stc. This includes driving corrective and preventive actions, conducting root cause analyses, and following up on all related activities to maintain compliance and prevent future occurrences, all in accordance with established business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a central log of all non-CST regulatory violations received from GRCs.
• Serve as the primary interface with stc Units GRCs for coordinating non-CST regulatory violations.
• Register all non-CST regulatory violations and ensure the proper initiation of handling activities.
• Track and update the statuses of non-CST regulatory violations in coordination with stc Units GRCs.
• Monitor and follow up with relevant stc Units GRCs to ensure the timely closure of all non-CST regulatory violations.
• Oversee the monitoring and escalation of non-CST regulatory violations at risk of delay to management.
• Drive corrective actions, root cause analyses, and preventive actions for non-CST regulatory violations, in coordination with stc Units GRCs.
• Ensure that corrective actions related to non-CST regulatory violations are identified, implemented, and validated by stc Units GRCs.
• Ensure preventive actions are identified, implemented, and validated in coordination with stc Units GRCs to prevent the recurrence of non-CST regulatory violations.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, monitoring, or oversight roles. A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes is essential for success in this role.
