About the Role

Guardian Industries is seeking a Reliability Coater Manager to provide strategic leadership for the maintenance and reliability of critical coating line assets. This full-time position is based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. The role is central to maximizing equipment availability, improving operational performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that create value for the business, customers, and manufacturing operations.

Team and Collaboration

The Reliability Coater Manager will join a collaborative manufacturing team dedicated to achieving operational excellence across coating operations. This role involves close collaboration with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, and Production teams to drive reliability improvements, optimize asset performance, and support the site's long-term growth and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the reliability and maintenance strategy for critical coating line assets to enhance equipment availability and operational performance.
Generate value through proactive maintenance programs, reliability initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that improve safety, quality, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
Develop and mentor maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
Drive root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions to reduce unplanned downtime and improve asset reliability.
Lead shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities to ensure safe and effective execution of business priorities.
Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and commissioning activities that strengthen operational capability and future growth.
Champion safety, environmental stewardship, and compliance, promoting a zero-incident mindset across the maintenance organization.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in maintenance and reliability leadership, particularly within a manufacturing environment involving critical coating line assets.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position located in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to manage and oversee critical coating line operations and maintenance activities.
