Rosewood AMAALA is seeking a Saudi National to join its Food & Beverage team as a Restaurant Team Leader. This full-time role is based in Saudi Arabia and involves reporting to the Restaurant Manager. The Team Leader will be instrumental in delivering exceptional restaurant experiences, working closely with service associates and culinary colleagues to ensure seamless operations and high guest satisfaction.

Role Overview

As a Team Leader, you will support the daily operation of the restaurant by supervising service delivery, guiding associates, and maintaining high hospitality standards. This position serves as a key link between management and the team, focusing on operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand and service excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Lead, coach, and support associates through on-the-job guidance, training, and performance development.
• Build guest relationships by delivering personalized service, resolving concerns, and creating dining experiences.
• Drive revenue opportunities through menu recommendations, beverage knowledge, and promotion of food and beverage offerings.
• Support operational planning through scheduling, stock requisitions, and effective resource management.
• Uphold Rosewood, Forbes, LQA, HACCP, and local hygiene standards during all guest interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in restaurant supervision or service leadership within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Commitment to delivering guest experiences and building lasting guest relationships.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members in a fast-paced operation.
• Understanding of food and beverage service styles, operational controls, and restaurant best practices.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.
