About the Role

Unframed is seeking a Sales Executive to drive the expansion of its specialized digital ecosystem. This full-time role focuses on scaling the platform's presence by connecting professionals with career opportunities and bridging the gap between innovative recruitment tools and corporate partners. The mission involves facilitating high-impact hiring processes through sophisticated outreach and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business leads to expand the platform's footprint.
Cultivate long-term relationships with prospective employers and strategic industry partners.
Articulate the unique value proposition of the digital interface to corporate clients.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to finalization.
Provide actionable market insights to the product team for platform enhancement.
Develop and implement outreach strategies to achieve monthly growth objectives.
Negotiate service agreements and contracts with new organizational partners.
Monitor industry trends to identify emerging recruitment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Three to five years of professional experience in business development or sales.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding growth targets in a mid-level role.
Comprehensive understanding of the recruitment industry or digital career platforms.
Experience overseeing a sales pipeline within a remote professional environment.

Required Skills

Capability to navigate complex organizational structures to engage key decision-makers.
Proficiency in digital tools and CRM software for tracking business activities.
Strong command of the English language for professional communication and presentations.
