SAP Program Director

About the Role

Invenio Business Solutions is seeking an SAP Program Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of large and complex SAP programs, with a particular focus on public sector engagements. This full-time role requires a seasoned leader capable of driving multi-stream implementations while ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and financial targets.

Role Overview

As the primary point of accountability, the SAP Program Director oversees delivery excellence, manages senior stakeholder relationships, safeguards commercial outcomes, and leads cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments. The position demands a blend of technical and functional SAP expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership capabilities to deliver successful transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP program delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and financial objectives.
• Lead and govern large-scale, multi-stream SAP implementations across S/4HANA, ECC, or hybrid environments.
• Act as the single point of accountability for overall delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and audit requirements, particularly in public sector engagements.
• Serve as the primary interface for senior customer stakeholders, including executives and steering committees.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
• Manage customer expectations, risks, and escalations proactively and effectively.
• Resolve complex business and delivery challenges by aligning stakeholders, teams, and solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12+ years of SAP delivery experience, with a strong background in leading complex programs.
• Demonstrated experience in public sector engagements is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stream SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or hybrid environments.
