Role Overview

Accor is seeking a Security Agent (Saudi Only) to join its team. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves maintaining security protocols and responding to incidents within the hotel environment. The role focuses on ensuring the safety and security of guests, colleagues, and hotel property.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, including guest areas, public spaces, back-of-house, and parking facilities.
Monitor hotel entrances, exits, access points, and restricted zones to ensure only authorized individuals gain entry.
Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and concerns raised by guests or colleagues.
Monitor and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, unauthorized access, or unusual behavior.
Assist guests and colleagues with security-related matters while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain daily security logs.
Coordinate with the CCTV Operator and Security Control Room regarding security incidents and observations.
Assist in emergency situations, such as fire alarms, evacuations, and medical emergencies, in accordance with hotel procedures.
Conduct inspections of doors, emergency exits, fire equipment, and other security-sensitive areas, reporting any irregularities.
Support incident investigations by providing relevant information and cooperating with authorized departments.
Control and monitor the movement of employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries according to hotel procedures.
Ensure lost and found items are handled and recorded in line with hotel policy.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information, hotel operations, security incidents, and investigations.
Complete all required security checklists, logs, and reports accurately and on time.
Adhere to all hotel security, safety, fire prevention, and emergency procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor or Security Management.
