Senior Cost Control Engineer (CRPO Project)

About the Role

WTS Energy is seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer for a full-time position on a major offshore CRPO project in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and project performance monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost control systems, budgets, and cost reports for the project.
• Monitor commitments, accruals, forecasts, and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
• Perform variance analysis and provide support for change management processes.
• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and ensure accurate project financial performance reporting.
• Coordinate effectively with project, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in CRPO offshore projects is required.
• Strong exposure to offshore EPCIC, jacket, and fabrication-yard environments.
• Expertise in cost control, forecasting, reporting, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is expected.
• Experience within the GCC or Saudi Arabia is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia, focusing on a significant offshore project. The role requires close collaboration with various project teams.
