Senior Design Manager Planning and Design MAS

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Design Manager - Planning and Design to join their team. This full-time role, identified as MAS 4008, involves overseeing design processes and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives for development projects. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design guidelines for all development projects, coordinating with the Design Director.
• Ensure the successful development and implementation of design plans to achieve design goals for assigned projects.
• Advise the leadership team on suitable design consultant candidates through initial outreach, RFP development, contract execution, and administration, in coordination with the Design Director.
• Provide support to development project teams in creating design strategies to ensure efficient project completion as needed.
• Support design, development, and construction teams regarding development schedules, budgets, and plans.
• Conduct periodic internal design reviews to ensure alignment with the overall plan and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Review design-related deliverables and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with quality standards and achievement of strategic objectives.
• Ensure coordination among multiple consultants from pre-concept through execution to maintain alignment with Qiddiya’s master plan.

Experience Required

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong background in design management and project coordination.
