About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Director - Head of Leasing - Commercial Office. This full-time position involves leading and managing leasing strategies for commercial office spaces. The role focuses on achieving high occupancy rates and contributing to Qiddiya's objective of becoming a business and innovation destination.

Role Context and Objectives

The Senior Director will lead a leasing team, develop tenant relationships, and collaborate with stakeholders to foster a productive work environment. The primary goal is to drive leasing efforts for commercial office properties in alignment with the company's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies for commercial office spaces, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
Lead and mentor the leasing team to foster a culture of excellence and strong performance.
Conduct in-depth market analysis and feasibility studies to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
Establish and maintain relationships with potential tenants, brokers, and industry partners to promote leasing opportunities.
Negotiate lease agreements, focusing on favorable terms for both Qiddiya and its tenants.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotional campaigns aimed at attracting tenants.
Monitor leasing performance metrics, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to commercial leasing.
Implement tenant engagement initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated experience in leading leasing strategies for commercial office spaces.
Proven ability to conduct market analysis and negotiate lease agreements.
