Senior Dynamics Developer / Technical Consultant

About the Role

RibbitZ is seeking a Senior Dynamics Developer / Technical Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering technical solutions for CRM development, customization, and integrations within Dynamics 365 initiatives. The position requires hands-on technical expertise and a commitment to supporting complex systems.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Dynamics Developer / Technical Consultant will provide direct technical capacity for CRM development, customization, and integrations. This includes Power Platform implementation, production support, and advanced technical troubleshooting across various client CRM initiatives. The role is critical for ensuring the stability and performance of Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, custom actions, Power Automate flows, PCF controls, JavaScript, TypeScript, and custom integrations.
• Build and support Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Develop enterprise integrations using Azure Functions, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management.
• Work with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, Web APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript, PCF, and standard design patterns.
• Support Dynamics CRM on-premises environments, including SQL Server queries, stored procedures, reporting solutions, and environment troubleshooting.
• Support CI/CD and deployment activities across development, test, UAT, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, production incidents, integration failures, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, architects, business teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
• Support integrations with external systems and enterprise applications using secure and scalable patterns.
• Apply Dynamics 365 security models, role-based access control, field security, and enterprise authentication principles.
• Utilize DevOps, source control, branching, build pipelines, release pipelines, and deployment governance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution design notes, deployment notes, and operational handover material.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and technical consulting.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Strong technical skills in custom plugins, workflows, custom actions, Power Automate flows, PCF controls, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Demonstrated ability to develop enterprise integrations using Azure Functions, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management.
• Solid understanding of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, Web APIs, and standard design patterns.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 security models, role-based access control, field security, and enterprise authentication principles.
• Experience with DevOps, source control, branching, build pipelines, release pipelines, and deployment governance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively with various internal and external teams to deliver robust Dynamics 365 solutions and provide ongoing technical support.
