About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in electrical engineering, project execution, construction, and commissioning. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia and requires a professional with a strong background in large-scale power generation, transmission, and distribution projects.

Role Overview

The Senior Electrical Engineer will play a critical role in leading and overseeing all electrical engineering aspects of projects. This includes ensuring compliance with project requirements, managing technical documentation, and supervising on-site activities to guarantee successful project delivery from design to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
Ensure project execution complies with contract requirements, schedule, cost, HSE, quality, and company procedures.
Review electrical designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Supervise electrical equipment installation, testing, inspection, and commissioning.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction issues.
Ensure electrical systems are designed and installed in accordance with applicable standards and project requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 20 years of experience in electrical engineering, project execution, construction, and commissioning.
Demonstrated strong expertise in large-scale power generation, transmission, and distribution projects.
Proven ability to lead and manage complex electrical engineering tasks.
