Senior Manager Paid Media Performance and MarTech

About the Role

CEER is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media Performance and MarTech to provide senior leadership and end-to-end ownership of the company's paid media performance and marketing technology function. This full-time role involves setting the strategic direction to drive sustainable business growth through data-driven acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value. The position combines executive-level strategy with deep operational ownership of the Marketing Technology ecosystem to deliver measurable ROI at scale across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year paid media and Marketing Technology strategy, ensuring alignment with CEER's commercial and growth objectives.
• Set the vision, priorities, and performance standards for the paid media and marketing technology function.
• Manage the marketing technology ecosystem, driving integration of CRM, product analytics, and paid media platforms to enable audience targeting, measurement, attribution, and campaign optimization.
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership on paid media performance, attribution, and MarTech investments to support informed decision-making and marketing effectiveness.
• Define, track, and continuously refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, including Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and media efficiency metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities through performance analysis, audience insights, and market trends, and scale high-performing campaigns to maximize reach, conversions, and return on investment.
• Manage comprehensive paid media strategies across channels, including Search, Social, Programmatic & Display, Traditional, Affiliate, and Native platforms.
• Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and data flow across all platforms.
• Ensure data integrity and privacy compliance with PDPL, GDPR, and other applicable regulations.

Marketing Technology Leadership

This role involves leading the selection, implementation, and optimization of critical marketing technology tools. This includes managing platforms such as CDPs (*, Segment, Tealium), Marketing Automation Platforms (Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze), Attribution Tools, and Tag Management Systems (GTM, Tealium IQ).

Performance Measurement and Accountability

The Senior Manager will be responsible for ensuring clear accountability for achieving agreed performance and business growth targets. This includes continuous refinement of KPIs and success metrics to drive marketing effectiveness and demonstrate measurable ROI.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 8-10 years of relevant experience in paid media performance and marketing technology roles.
