Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including all tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, establish priorities, and define project scope.
• Monitor project progress against established schedules, identifying deviations, delays, and potential risks, and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on schedule performance, resource utilization, and potential impacts.
• Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and areas of concern, recommending adjustments to schedules and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Prepare and distribute reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing project schedules, progress, and performance indicators.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior planning engineers and project teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project management and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards in project scheduling and management.
• Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.
