About the Role

Edition is seeking a Server to join its team in the Red Sea region. This full-time position focuses on providing a memorable and unique dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Process transactions as part of the overall guest experience.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

The role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. Creating a safe workplace is paramount. Servers will be required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Tasks involve managing menus by reading and visually verifying information, and taking a hands-on approach to work, which includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance. The role also involves reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
