Site Facility Manager O&M Saudi National

About the Role

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Site Facility Manager O&M Saudi National to join an established building and facilities management contractor. This full-time position is based on-site in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, potentially in a remote location. The role involves taking responsibility for the day-to-day Operation & Maintenance activities on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze trends and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure responsibilities are assigned and associated authorizations are delegated.
• Provide leadership, maintain positive personnel relations, and offer support to the team.
• Structure and maintain effective information and communication flows between all relevant parties.
• Ensure all works adhere to established Quality Control Standards.
• Apply principles and techniques of site supervision, including planning, organizing, staffing, leadership, control, and maintaining discipline.
• Manage and monitor training and support for Saudi Trainees as required.
• Monitor career development and appraise site personnel.
• Coordinate and liaise with the Client.
• Coordinate and liaise with the Company’s Project, Operations, and Commercial Management teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the broad spectrum of operation and maintenance functions.
• Knowledge of standards pertaining to SFG20, C4, Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC maintenance, as well as environmental safety work practices.
• Willingness to work in a remote location.

Work Environment
