Edition is seeking a Spa Service Expert to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to supporting various spa functions and ensuring guests receive a memorable and unique experience beyond standard spa services. The Spa Service Expert demonstrates initiative in offering a range of services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving on various surfaces including sloping, uneven, or slippery areas. The Spa Service Expert will manage reservation software, requiring visual verification of information. Physical tasks include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance and up to 25 pounds (* kg) with assistance. The role also involves reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. All assigned tasks must be performed accurately to ensure guest satisfaction and business continuity.
