About the Role

Schneider Electric is seeking an Offer Marketing Manager for Contactors & ASCO in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for defining, managing, and driving the commercial success of assigned offers, specifically Contactors, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), and Manual Transfer Switches (MTS), throughout their lifecycle. The Offer Marketing Manager acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) across key stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve growth, profitability, and market share objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the offer lifecycle, including new launches, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Own the offer's Profit & Loss (P&L) and drive revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Act as the main point of contact (SPOC) for sales, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Support prescription teams and consultants to increase offer specifications and project wins.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Track key business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide performance insights and recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
