Role Overview

As a SR.Merchandiser at PepsiCo, this full-time position is an integral part of the sales team. The primary objective is to maximize the on-shelf presence of PepsiCo products in all assigned outlets. The role also involves conducting in-store sampling sessions and promotions as needed, ensuring strict adherence to planograms for both on-shelf and off-shelf displays. Any non-compliance with agreed arrangements must be promptly reported to the pre-seller. Additionally, the merchandiser is responsible for providing the pre-seller with current market information to identify and leverage selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Call on specific OT outlets according to the daily journey plan provided by the supervisor.
• Merchandise SSFL products within OT stores across various access points, including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Place Point of Sale (POS) material next to SSFL displays where applicable.
• Ensure all access points are merchandised in accordance with approved planograms.
• Rotate products using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method and remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities in the market.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned OT customers or outlets.
• Report prior day's daily activities to the supervisor.
• Participate in sampling and redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with the Frito Lay code of conduct.
