The Role of Stock Controller

Al Rugaib is seeking a Stock Controller to manage inventory operations within the showroom. This full-time role is critical for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring efficient handling of inbound and outbound items.

Key Responsibilities

• Control inbound and outbound stock within the showroom.
• Receive stock transfers, then label and price newly received items.
• Process showroom pickup items, including sorting and invoicing.
• Prepare and dispatch items for delivery from the warehouse.
• Cross-match all inventory transactions across physical stock, Wasp, and Dynamics systems.
• Respond to inventory inquiries for reports and counting purposes.
• Perform continuous cycle counting, ensuring at least one full count per quarter.
• Report any discrepancies or violations related to stock.
• Update product prices as required.

• Showroom Accuracy
• Number of Transactions
