About the Role

Golden Elite catering services is seeking a Supervisor - Airport Operations to manage and coordinate daily operational requirements. This full-time role focuses on ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality service delivery within airport operations, involving resource allocation, team coordination, and compliance with established procedures.

Role Overview

The Supervisor will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to company SOPs, airline procedures, and airport regulations. This position is critical for maintaining operational efficiency, equipment readiness, and continuous performance improvement in a dynamic airport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate operational resources based on daily requirements and flight schedules.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Team to ensure equipment availability, serviceability, and safe deployment.
• Conduct operational briefings with team members before each shift and activity.
• Ensure proper shift handover and takeover between operational teams.
• Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Duty Manager or Management.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure full compliance with airline operational procedures, airport regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Team regarding planned and unplanned equipment downtime to minimize operational impact.
• Verify that all daily operational and safety inspections are completed before equipment deployment.
• Monitor daily equipment utilization and ensure all scheduled aircraft service activities are completed on time.
• Coordinate daily operational schedules for efficient execution of aircraft ground support services.
• Monitor inventory levels of operational materials and consumables, ensuring adequate stock is maintained.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and support operational staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure operational KPIs are achieved and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in performance and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Airport Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in airport operations, airline operations, ground handling, or aviation support services.
• Previous experience in resource planning, staff allocation, and shift supervision is preferred.
• Experience working with specialized airport equipment or Ground Support Equipment (GSE) is an advantage.
