This full-time role involves overseeing and managing the recruitment team, ensuring the successful execution of talent acquisition strategies, and achieving hiring goals within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Team Leader provides direction, guidance, and support to a team of recruiters to ensure effective sourcing, attraction, and selection of top talent. This position plays a key role in developing and implementing recruitment processes, procedures, and best practices to streamline hiring operations and improve efficiency. Collaboration with hiring managers and HR business partners is essential to understand staffing needs, prioritize recruitment efforts, and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Update recruiting procedures or create new, proactive sourcing strategies and procedures.
• Supervise the recruiting team and manage open requisitions, prioritizing hard-to-fill openings.
• Research and enforce new sourcing methods to find candidates.
• Evaluate and suggest optimal recruiting strategies for the employer.
• Propose strategies for employment branding and set social media communication strategy for job profiles.
• Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods and design training for HR recruiters and hiring managers.
• Conduct job interviews to ensure candidates' skills and qualifications match job requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
• Build quality relationships with internal customers and minimize recruitment process costs.
• Write job adverts that accurately reflect the position in collaboration with Hiring Managers.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), and administer appropriate assessments.
• Engage, manage, and develop a team of high-performing Full-Time Recruiters.
• Re-allocate recruiting resources as needed and maintain metrics for the talent process.
• Oversee, maintain, and enhance the Applicant Tracking System.
• Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a recruitment team.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with hiring managers and HR business partners.
