This internship offers hands-on experience across various areas of Talent Acquisition and HR operations, suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.

The trainee will collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support the company’s talent needs. Key Learning Areas and Tasks

• Learn to establish and execute recruitment and localization plans to attract top talent and meet SPPC’s hiring needs.
• Understand the recruitment and onboarding process, focusing on the smooth integration of new employees through orientation, training, and team-building activities.
• Learn effective sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a qualified and diverse talent pool.
• Learn structured interview techniques, behavioral assessments, and competency evaluations to ensure candidates' suitability and alignment with organizational needs.
