About the Role

******, a company specializing in LinkedIn services and digital subscriptions, is seeking a TikTok Content Creator & Account Manager. This is a project-based independent contractor role in Saudi Arabia, initially for 3 months with potential for extension. The primary focus will be to establish and manage the company's new TikTok account, from content strategy to audience engagement.

Project Scope and Focus

The project involves creating 12 videos per month, totaling 36 videos over the 3-month period, alongside comprehensive account management. The initial phase will concentrate on defining the content direction, producing engaging and informative Arabic videos, and experimenting with formats that resonate with professionals interested in LinkedIn and career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas and maintain a publishing schedule aligned with the target audience and company services.
• Write clear and natural Arabic scripts that make professional topics accessible and engaging.
• Produce short-form videos, including filming, editing, adding captions, and incorporating supporting visuals.
• Manage the TikTok account's profile, publishing schedule, and ongoing activity.
• Respond to comments and messages within agreed coverage, coordinating with the internal team on product inquiries and customer support.
• Review content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, relevant inquiries, and interest in services.
• Organize project files and content assets, and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong short-form video production skills.
• Proven experience in creating TikTok content and managing accounts.
• Strong Arabic writing and communication skills.
• An interest in LinkedIn, career development, and professional digital services.
• Ability to research topics, verify information, and maintain accuracy.
• Reliable communication, initiative, and the capacity to manage work independently.
