About the Role:
You will work closely with hiring managers and consulting clients to drive talent strategies, manage the requisition process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Your role involves hiring for various positions and will include:

• Partnering with companies to assess hiring needs.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates.
• Managing expectations for both hiring managers and candidates.
• Developing talent pipelines for future opportunities.
• Maintaining records in applicant tracking systems.
• Staying updated on market trends and recruitment practices.

What You Will Bring:
To be successful, you need to have:

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in Operations and Sales within the IT sector.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-driven recruiting tools.
• A proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple requisitions.
• Experience using ATS systems like Workday, Loxo, or Greenhouse.
